Standard shipping typically takes 7-14 business days. For larger furniture pieces, our white-glove delivery service will contact you within 48 hours of purchase to schedule a specific delivery window.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, PORTA ships to the contiguous United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international shipping in the near future.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are not eligible for return.

Yes, sustainability is at our core. We partner with FSC-certified suppliers to ensure that all timber used in our collections is harvested responsibly.
