Multicolored Chocolate Gems

Golden sugar shells give these chocolate-coated almond dragées their bright colour and crisp bite. Made by Maison Boissier, the historic Parisian confectioner, they strike a neat balance between crunch and smooth chocolate. Very good after lunch. Also quite capable of disappearing before.
