Tartuca (The Tortoise): Traditionally Tartuca residents were sculptors. It is opposed to Chiocciola, while its allies are Leocorno, Nicchio, Onda and Selva. Their motto is: “Accolgo con favore il potere e la costanza” – “I welcome power and constancy”
